1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph18 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing ph18.onl, creating an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the ph18 platform, you accept these Terms in full.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. ph18 performs identity verification (KYC) to confirm your details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Your ph18 Account

Each player is permitted one ph18 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, contact number, payment method, or device — will be closed. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be voided.

4. Deposits and Transactions

All transactions on ph18 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph18 supports deposits via GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. No currency conversion is applied — you deposit and withdraw in PHP at all times.

Deposits are credited to your ph18 account once the payment is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. ph18 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or bank processing times.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• ph18 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment channel.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible. Completing your KYC verification before your first withdrawal ensures faster processing. ph18 may request additional documentation before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

5. Games, Betting, and Platform Use

12. Amendments to These Terms
